Terms & Conditions:
1. All installments must be paid in full before travel date for Flights and ‘before 2 weeks to check in date’ for Hotels.
2. All transactions made on the “Pay Small Small” scheme are subject to a (non-refundable) down payment determined by the transaction value and cancellation policy of the service provider (minimum of 25%). Payment is subject to confirmation of fare availabiliy.
3. Tickets and Hotel reservations will be locked down upon initial down payment. A lien will be placed on the ticket until all installments are paid in full. Changes are permitted with applicable charges.
4. Customer is prohibited from utilizing hotel reservations until all installments are paid in full.
5. Default Policy:
Default on the agreed payment plan will attract penalties (forfeiture of minimum down payment, relevant cancellation charges and penalties).
i. All payments should be concluded 7 days before travel date
ii. A default rate of 5% is applicable on the due instalment.
iii. Default beyond 15 days will attract an additional flat penalty charge of N5,000.
iv. Ticket will be cancelled after a maximum 30-day default period subject to i above.
6. In the case of refund, the down payment will be utilized in paying all cancellation fees for the flight, hotel or any service rendered. However, if the cancellation fees exceeds down payment, the relevant deductions will be made from the amount paid before refund.
7. Travel Insurance policy on Pay Small Small is not confirmed until final payment.
8. Tickets will not be released BEFORE payment of the final installment for the purpose of procuring Travel Allowance (PTA or BTA)
